Payment Specialist Job in Pune at TransPerfect Solutions India Private Limited

TransPerfect Solutions India Pvt Ltd is hiring for the role of Payment Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate all the administrative tasks related to the AI Projects
• Own all communication between different team members and stakeholders
• Provide timely updates to the PM/Account managers and Account Payables team
• Follow-up in a timely fashion with the Account team to release pending payments to independent contractors in different locations
• Monitor and control payment request statuses, troubleshoot payment issues and collect missing information
• Comply with relevant and applicable procedures

Requirements:

• No previous working experience is required
• University Degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Independence in carrying out assigned tasks
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Windows)
• Understanding of payment cycles, account payables and basic accounting procedures
