Payment Services Team Lead Internship in Hyderabad at Tide

Tide is hiring for the role of Payment Services Team Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage agents and all aspects related to that task – assisting them with difficult cases and providing guidance where necessary. 
• Assign tasks including daily organization of the workload.
• Mentor employees, monitoring their progress, and goals, and removing blockers that prevent them from performing well. Providing guidance and support to agents with their long-term career journey at Tide. 
• Report, analyze data, spot patterns, and improve processes and work practices. 
• Schedule creation and organization, a variety of planning tasks.
• Liaise between different departments and team leads of other teams – coordinating across different business areas to achieve a common goal. 

Requirements:

• You have excellent spoken and written English skills
• You are able to use industry tools like Kustomer, GSuite, Jira, Looker
• You have significant team management, leadership or coaching experience 
• You have a passion for problem-solving and finding solutions to difficult situations
• You are a leader who takes control and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• You have strong organizational skills
