Payment Lifecycle - Operations Analyst Job in Bengaluru at J.P. Morgan India

JP Morgan is hiring for the role of Payment Lifecycle - Operations Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform day-to-day Cash Management. This would involve Cash processing along with Funding (FX management, Liquidity processing, and time deposits).
• Assist the team with daily deliverables and queries while also being able to pitch in with approvals.
• Identify the areas of risk and ensure relevant controls are in place.
• Work with minimal direction/independence, keeping management informed of progress and escalating issues.
• Investigate and resolve issues and ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Work with stakeholders in middle office teams and trading desks and ensure that deliverables are completed.

Requirements:

• Asset management experience or any relevant Cash Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Flexible to work for EMEA and US Shift 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across various stakeholders and senior management
• Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skill
• Good knowledge of various financial products
• Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
