J.P. Morgan is hiring for the role of Payment Lifecycle Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Performing day-to-day Cash Management. This would involve Cash processing along with Funding (FX management, Liquidity processing and time deposits).
• Assisting the team with daily deliverables and queries while also being able to pitch in with approvals.
• Identifying the areas of risk and ensuring relevant controls are in place.
• Working with minimal direction/independence, keeping management informed of progress, and escalating issues.
• Investigating and resolving issues and ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Working with stakeholders in middle office teams and trading desks and ensuring that deliverables are completed.
• Identifying areas of risk and highlighting them to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Asset management experience
• Any relevant Cash Management experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Be flexible to work in the US shift.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across various stakeholders and senior management
• Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skill
• Good knowledge of various financial products
• Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
• Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of performance on high-profile/time-sensitive initiatives
