Payment Analyst Job in Bangalore at ABB

ABB is hiring for the role of Payment Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Participate in initiatives and projects to continuously improve financial accounting and reporting processes within Accounts Payable.
• Process vendor payments, ensuring accurate tracking and processing.
• Perform necessary activities (including vendor payments) within the accounts payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Execute analysis and reports as assigned and take appropriate action as necessary.
• Comply with and help achieve internal control over financial reporting compliance in accounts payable for applicable templates.
• Possess end-to-end knowledge of the payment team CARS and provide walkthroughs with auditors.
• Initiate payments in SAP using F110 and work on payment reports.
• Format and share reports with business users using Excel.
• Handle email queries and work with business users over calls to resolve payment-related queries.
• Participate in internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation.
• Ensure all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Check invoices to verify compliance with fiscal and internal control requirements.

Requirements:

• You are immersed and engaged in you enjoy working with SAP good in accounting
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in P2P/ Invoice and SAP / S4 HANA is preferred.
• You are passionate about Analytics skills
• Degree in Mcom/MBA-finance/ BCOM
• You are at ease communicating in communication (verbal/written)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel & PowerPoint
