Grant Thornton is hiring for the role of Payable - Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure all Tax, Technology, and Subscription invoices are accurately and timely processed and approved in Ariba and by Accounts Payable
• Validate all invoices against work orders, purchase orders, Statements of Work, and supplier contracts, as well as ensure appropriate ET Resources have visibility to their invoices
• Ensure all financial coding is applied and accurate
• Manage supplier portals for invoices and disputes
• Build strong relationships with Internal and External Business Stakeholders and Accounts Payable
• Respond promptly to inquiries and issues raised by Stakeholders
• Coordinate any invoice disputes to resolution
• Assist with client bill back process 

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of the vendor payment process end-to-end
• Understands GL (General Ledger) Chart of Accounts
• Excellent Organizational and Planning Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills (various mediums (email, conversational, and written)
• Intermediate Microsoft Suite Skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
