JOB FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for leading a team of 7 – 10 employees.
• Accountable for issuing floats & handling cash in starting & end of his shift respectively
• Should be intellectual enough to inspire his team & for giving them a backup support for doing suggestive selling to increase the revenue of the Cinema.
• Responsible for interacting with the technical team to have the proper machine backup in Canteen area.
• Interacts with IT team on regular bases to have proper POS machines backup in Canteen & Box Office area & for proper server functioning.
• Responsible that his team should be well groomed.
• Interacts with customer basic grievance and in case of situation out of the control inform the same to immediate supervisor.
• Responsible for pilferage during the shift.
• Responsible for area been designated to be maintained with proper hygiene and sanitization process.
• Responsible for any equipment damage during his operation hours due to miss handling by his team.
