Juniper Networks is hiring for the role of Partner Support Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responding to and resolving partner sales or program support inquiries.
• Enabling partners to use tools needed for lead generation, product demonstrations, and POC deployments.
• Building and maintaining the momentum of accelerated sales motions initiated through POCs, Deal Registration, or other pre-/post-sales activities.
• Guiding through different role-based journeys of the Juniper Champion Program, suggesting necessary training, discussing progress in sales achievement, and recommending and supporting end-user demand generation activities.
• Engaging partners through a combination of outbound/inbound calls and community channels via Juniper’s partner collaboration platform, Juniper PartnerLink.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills to deliver appropriate brand messaging and position the Juniper Champions program’s value proposition as benefits corresponding to the partner representative’s role.
• Detail-oriented and organized in managing varying types of service requests and adhering to established service level agreements.
• Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Inquisitive and engaging authentically and genuinely.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in Enterprise IT.
• Experience in managing inbound and outbound calls.
• Experience in building and maintaining engagement in online community platforms such as Slack, LinkedIn, and Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Fluent in English.
