About The Role:  

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Success Manager to join our sales team. The Success Manager will be responsible for communicating with partners, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process in order for them to generate revenue from the partnership. Demand lead handing and assigning in addition to the generation of the same is of prime importance To be successful as a Partner Success Manager you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve partner satisfaction while being patient and tactical. A good partner success manager should at all times keep company goals and inline partner expectation setting and motivation accordingly. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with onboarded partners, and create a regular interaction flow. 
  • Thinking of novel ways to generate demand for the supply 
  • Empowering the advisors and building an extremely strong partner community 
  • Keep up with product and service information and updates. 
  • Create and maintain a database of current partners and those in the pipeline. 
  • Ensuring advisor-driven consumer growth and handling all support-related issues of the advisors and redirecting them accordingly. 
  • Stay informed about competing products and services. 
  • Learnings from partner interaction leading to better understanding and expansion on top of the funnel
  • Construct, forecast, and manage your partner's sales pipeline via Pipedrive CRM and internal tools 

Key Requirements:

  • Education: High School / Diploma /.Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Experience: Previous experience in an sales and operations preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs and CRM software such as Pipedrive.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Management: Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in addition to a mentality of welcoming change.
  • Convincing Skill: Excellent closure and expectation management skills.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Listening Skills: Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Goal Oriented: Education: High School / Diploma /.Graduate /Post Graduate
