Partner Manager, Retail Operations Chrome OS Job in Gurgaon at Google

• Own and operate the Chromebook Townhouse in Gurgaon (and any new ones that might come up).
• Strategic thinking and execution of retail operations plans throughout the year - including budget management, partner management, creative approvals, internal and external collaboration and executive approvals, contracting, and compliance.
• Collaborate with third-party agencies and partners to execute retail activations across first and third-party offline establishments. 
• Work with Google Marketing and external partners to develop BTL campaigns in line with brand guidelines to promote Google Chromebooks across offline and online channels. 
• Maintain accurate reporting and tracking of creative executions, including competitor analysis, and share with the broader team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in an operations, strategy, or product role.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and developing/executing strategies.
• MBA or Master's degree.
• Experience working in retail operations in a consumer tech setup (laptops, mobiles, etc.).
• Organized with excellent attention to detail, with proven ability to bring order and attention to detail while dealing with multiple workstreams.
• Written and verbal communication skills, and ability to clearly communicate with local and geographically dispersed internal and external stakeholders to deliver clear instructions and messaging.
• Excellent team player with a passionate for working as part of a larger team to deliver a common goal.
