Amazon is hiring for the role of Partner Enablement Reviewer!
Responsibilities of the candidate:
- Handle day-to-day partner queries through emails/SIMs.
- Interpret partners’ needs and provide solutions by following the SOP.
- Meet/exceed the goals of productivity and quality standards.
- Identify and proactively report operational challenges, explore improvement areas, and recommend changes to processes, SOPs, and partner experiences.
- Interact with stakeholders and team members to answer questions and resolve issues.
- Participate and contribute to team meetings.
- Train and mentor other reviewers.
- Create standard low-effort Excel reports to track and report on operational performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
