Parent Relations Executive- Tele sales Job in Gurugram at Footprints Childcare Pvt Ltd

JOB PURPOSE

Follow up with leads and enroll them in to admissions at Footprints online/offline offerings.

EXPERIENCE

• 2-3 years’ experience in a sales process in any reputable call centers.
• Person should be from voice process back ground. Should have done telesales and familiar with dialler(optional). Admission counsellors with sales experience will work for us.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Take incoming calls using Footprints systems and answer all the concerns of parents. Create and communicate effectively value proposition for Footprints.
• Make telephone calls to the leads assigned by the system.
• Pre- qualify the leads by asking questions about their location, profiles, interests etc.
• Present information to the lead about the Footprints and Capture and Document information on the leads obtained through the tele calls in the system.
• Schedule and make follow up calls to assess the level of interest of the prospect and remind them to attend the session.
• Do the follow up calls once the prospect has attended the session as per the scheduled date and time.
• Timely responding all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Completing follow-ups on daily basis as per business requirements and defined workflows.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Basic computer skills, including Internet, email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Good English Verbal communication skills
• Service Orientation

Key Performance Metrics

• Total Admissions.
• Lead Conversion Rate.
• Meeting standard calling SLAs - Calling Hours, Break Time, Dial Time (Or Waiting Time), Pick Up Time and Wrap Up time .
• Audits reports without any non-compliance.

TIMING & LOCATION

• Shift Timing: 10:00am - 6:00pm or 11:00am - 7:00pm
• Alternate Saturdays are off.
• Sundays are Fixed Off.
