Key Responsibilities:
- Run campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Shorts, Reels, programmatic
- Implement promo-test → creative → scale workflow; report CPI & ROAS
- Collaborate with Creative Producer to iterate creatives quickly
- Build attribution & scale playbooks; optimize for retention metrics
Ideal Profile:
- 3–7 years performance marketing for apps; experience with UA at scale
- Comfortable with creative iteration and data-driven scaling
