Equity Packaging is hiring for the role of Packaging Development Engineer- Artwork Development!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projects and artwork development.
- Manage Innovation Projects from concept through commercialization and retail shelves.
- Work with internal customers to commercialize packaging designs and concepts.
- Represent packaging in cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement new packaging and packaging changes to realize cost savings.
- Conduct line trials.
- Conduct lab testing.
- Develop packaging specifications.
Requirements:
- BE/PG in Packaging from IIP/SIES.
- 3- 4 years minimum experience in Packaging & Artwork development from Pharma or related industries.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
