Volvo is hiring for the role of P&C Administrator!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Act as a first point of contact for technical related issues in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding and Recruitment modules)
- Verify and entering data into SuccessFactors
- Provide guidance to end-users on reporting, integrations, and other process related issues in SAP SF
- Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of SAP SF
- Dispatch complex technical issues to relevant teams, ensuring timely resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and workflows
- Update and improve the global work instructions to ensure proper documentation in place
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practice within a global organization
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service orientation to provide clear guidance
- Well organized to prioritize critical issues
