Roles & Responsibilties:

• Offer detailed information about various study abroad programs, universities, and courses.
• Explain admission requirements, application procedures, and deadlines for different educational institutions.
• Assist individuals in understanding the academic and cultural aspects of studying abroad.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their educational and career goals.
• Assess individual needs, preferences, and qualifications to recommend suitable study abroad options.
• Address concerns and queries related to studying overseas.
• Guide students through the application process for universities or study programs.
• Help with the preparation of required documents such as transcripts, letters of recommendation, and personal statements.
• Provide information on standardized tests (such as GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, IELTS) and assist in preparation.
• Provide information on available scholarships, grants, and financial aid options.
• Assist in understanding the cost of living, tuition fees, and other related expenses.
• Offer guidance on budgeting and financial planning for studying abroad.
• Guide students through the visa application process.
• Provide information on required documentation and procedures for obtaining a student visa.
• Address questions related to immigration policies and regulations.
• Organize pre-departure orientation sessions for students to prepare them for the cultural and academic aspects of living abroad.
• Provide information on accommodation, local customs, and health and safety measures.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations.
• Attend educational fairs, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on international education trends.
• Maintain accurate records of students, including academic backgrounds, preferences, and progress.
• Ensure compliance with documentation requirements of both the home and host institutions.
• Stay updated on changes in visa regulations, immigration policies, and academic programs.
• Continuously research and evaluate new study abroad opportunities and destinations.
• Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines in providing information and counseling services.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the privacy of students' personal information.
• Conduct follow-up sessions with students who have returned from studying abroad to gather feedback and address any concerns.
