Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to target audiences as per project requirements, including students, working professionals, and startups.
• Connect with diverse communities, startups, and professionals in various technology domains such as AI/ML, Python, AR/VR, Fintech, etc.
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to source relevant data for target audiences.
• Formulate outreach plans to effectively engage with the identified audiences via email, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and community events (e.g., meet-ups).
• Establish partnerships with communities, startups, and professionals to encourage their participation.
• Take full accountability for meeting registration targets by identifying, approaching, and engaging the correct audience segments.
• Utilise a data-driven approach to continuously refine strategies for optimal audience response.
• Draft and design compelling communication materials, including emails, messages, and presentation slides, for outreach and partnership initiatives.
• Ensure that all communication aligns with the organisation's brand and effectively communicates the value proposition of events.
• Oversee all deliverables to reach on time.
