Outbound Marketing Specialist Job in Bengaluru at Talentrecruit Software Pvt. Ltd.

Job Responsibility:

• Research and identify potential clients and target markets. 
• Generate leads through email campaigns, cold outreach, and LinkedIn engagement. 
• Connect with prospects on LinkedIn, nurture relationships, and build a strong professional network. • Engage with target audiences by commenting on LinkedIn posts, joining relevant groups, and contributing to discussions to increase brand visibility. 
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 
• Assist in creating and maintaining lead databases and CRM entries. 
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive awareness. 
• Coordinate with the sales team to hand overqualified leads for conversion. 
• Track, analyze, and report lead generation activities and performance. 

Skills & Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; preference for Marketing, Business, or related fields). 
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal). 
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, or sales is a plus. 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. 
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team. 
• Strong research, organizational, and analytical abilities.
