Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute comprehensive online reputation management strategies to uphold and enhance the brand's online image.
• Monitor online mentions, reviews, and discussions related to the brand using social listening tools and other relevant platforms.
• Analyze sentiment and trends in online conversations, identifying potential risks and opportunities for engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Automation team to align reputation management efforts with overall brand messaging and initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in online reputation management and social listening.
• Generate regular reports and insights on online reputation metrics, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Continuously evaluate and refine strategies based on performance metrics and feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 2.5 - 3 years of experience in online reputation management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proficiency in social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Meltwater, Hootsuite Insights, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful reputation management strategies.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and challenges in the digital landscape.
