Orders Operations Specialist Job at SOTI

Soti is hiring for the role of Orders Operations Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Using Salesforce to review submitted quotes and purchase orders for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to order processing guidelines
• Using Workday ERP System to verify invoices upon completion of orders and create credit adjustments accordingly
• Managing emails and requests from all areas of the business meeting the SLA on response time while providing support and liaising with different departments to provide appropriate response
• Managing own workload as needed with little hands-on supervision
• Communicating with customers and internal sales representatives to action issues and queries regarding salesforce/quoting and license keys
• Working cross-functionally to identify problems, and process gaps and assist in ongoing process improvements
• Sharing best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base

Requirements:

• Independent problem-solving and critical thinking a must
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy with MS Office required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
• Positive, solution-focused attitude
• Salesforce.com experience is a plus
• Workday experience is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar fast paced environment is a plus
