Accenture is hiring for the role of Order to Cash Operations New Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will help us determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports while conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Optimize working capital, providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes.
• Overlook the entire processes that start from customer inquiries, and sales orders to delivery and invoicing. The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers.
• Focus on managing collections and disputes such as debt collection, reporting on aged debt, bad debt provisioning, trade promotions, and outperforming cash reconciliations.
• Follow-up on missing remittances, preparing refund packages with accuracy and supply to clients, consistently recording all collections activities as per client process (tool), delivering process requirements to achieve key performance targets, and ensuring compliance with internal controls, standards, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Candidate with commerce background candidate with Microsoft Office trained/experience
• Years of Experience: 0 to 1 years
