Accenture is hiring for the role of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Application Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps.
• Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll to meet client requirements.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents, Functional and Technical Designs
• Test and validate various technical components for the issues and working them to resolutions and closure.

Requirements:

• Experience on Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor
• Functional experience in the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Act as the subject matter expert leading clients to architect, design, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Interact and Deliver results by working with the Cross, Organization team members responsible
• Strong team handling skills, analytical skills, and presentation skills
• Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes
• B.E/B.Tech/MBA/MCA
• Prior experience with 1 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
