Mepro Pearson is hiring for the role of Oracle Fusion HCM Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications related to HR and legal functions, such as employee management systems (Oracle HCM), compliance monitoring tools and Learning Management systems.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java, or C#.
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs to improve HR workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project implementation.
• Design and develop tools to automate HR processes, such as payroll, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee data management.
• Ensure that applications meet compliance with labor laws, data privacy (e.g., GDPR), and company policies.
• Work with HR teams to improve existing systems for recruitment, employee engagement, and talent management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in software development and system integration, with a focus on Oracle Fusion HCM and associated modules
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, learning platforms
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, labor laws, compliance requirements).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or .NET.
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and web services.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
