About the Company: BTranz Technological Solutions is an ERP and Mobile Application Development company, which offers a wide range of services across Oracle ERP, VAT and Cloud Services along with Mobile Application Development. With its presence in multiple countries, it offers its services across the globe with most of their customers reside in UAE and EAST African Countries
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Basic understanding of the Oracle HCM Payroll Process Workflow (5–6 key steps)
- Hands-on knowledge in: Core HR, Fast Formula, Absence Management
Requirements:
- MBA (HR) / B.Tech (Excluding Mechanical & Civil branches)
- Willingness to Travel: Open to travel to Client Locations (UAE, Dubai, Cairo) as required
- Selection is strictly based on communication performance
- Preferred Male
