Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Hand-hold and support to new business partners at the initial stage to Sign Off
- Guide them on Do’s and Don’ts about MOFSL policy
- Train Business Partners on operations-related processes (DP, Banking, RMS, etc.)
- Achieve monthly training targets and maintain MIS
- Engage Business Partners with E-learning Initiatives
- Align with the training needs of the mapped business functions
- Exhibit Proactiveness towards taking self-development initiatives as a Trainer
- Develop business in the assigned territory
