Operator ( Spray Dryer Plant ) Job in HATHRAS at Ace International LLP

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plant Operations & Monitoring

• Operate and monitor the spray drying system through SCADA for efficient production.
• Adjust process parameters like temperature, feed rate, air flow, and humidity for optimal drying.
• Ensure continuous and smooth operation of the evaporator, spray dryer, and fluidized bed dryer.

2. Quality & Process Control

• Conduct regular process checks to maintain quality standards for moisture content, bulk density, and solubility.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain proper records of batch logs, production reports, and process deviations.

3. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of spray dryers, evaporators, and associated equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or process-related issues.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Follow workplace safety protocols, including PPE usage and fire safety procedures.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products to avoid contamination.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain detailed records of production performance, equipment status, and downtime.
• Provide reports on plant efficiency, yield, and deviations from set parameters.
• Assist in audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Expertise in SCADA operations for process control.
• Knowledge of milk drying processes, including evaporation and powder handling.
• Understanding of CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems for hygiene maintenance.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance of spray drying equipment.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and communication.
