Operator (Packaging) Job in HATHRAS at Ace International LLP

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Adjust machine settings to accommodate different product packaging specifications.
• Perform manual or semi-automated packaging tasks as required.
• Inspect packaged products for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Check labels, seals, and packaging materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and report any product or packaging issues to the supervisor.
• Conduct basic maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of packaging machinery.
• Assist the maintenance team in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure all equipment is properly shut down and secured after shifts.
• Maintain a steady flow of packaging materials to minimize downtime.
• Record production data, including quantities packed and downtime occurrences.
• Optimize packaging processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Follow all workplace safety standards and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Adhere to hygiene and sanitation practices in the packaging area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and GMP standards.
• Coordinate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with the production supervisor about progress and challenges.
• Support other packaging line team members as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with operating packaging machinery and tools.
• Basic understanding of production workflows and quality standards.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of automated packaging systems.
• Experience in a food, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods production environment.
• Certification in machine operation or safety standards is a plus.
