CommonWealth Bank is hiring for the role of Operations Team Member!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Processing documentation within agreed turnaround times, ensuring consistent accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Applying sound risk management practices by proactively identifying and responding to risks and reporting them as necessary.
• Providing high levels of internal customer service by working with internal stakeholders to resolve any customer issues.
• Participating in end-to-end User Acceptance Testing of new documents and solutions.
• Raising operational continuous improvement suggestions identified while completing tasks.
• Performing additional tasks as directed by the Leader to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Ensuring that you comply with the Group’s Health and Safety policy all other internal Group policies and procedures, and any relevant external legislative requirements.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a processing role within Banking is preferred.
• Ability to think analytically and have great attention to detail in order to solve problems.
• A demonstrated self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy including MS Suite.
