Concentrix is hiring for the role of Operations Team Leader!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supervise: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the collections team.
• Training and Development: Providing training to team members on collection techniques, negotiation skills, and compliance with regulations.
• Performance Management: Monitoring individual and team performance, setting targets, and providing feedback.
• Problem Solving: Resolving escalated customer issues and finding solutions to overcome challenges in the collections process.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing collection data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategies to increase effectiveness.
• Compliance: Ensuring that collections practices adhere to company policies and regulations such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Communication: Acting as a liaison between upper management and the collections team, and maintaining clear communication channels within the team.
• Motivate: Motivating and empowering team members to achieve collection goals and maintain high morale.
• Report: Generating reports on collection activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
• Adaptability: Being flexible and able to adjust strategies based on changing market conditions, regulations, or company policies.

Requirements:

• Good people management skills/Demonstrated ability to lead people and drive results.
• Collection Experience - preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Highly analytical with excellent communication skills.
• Deliver flawless Customer Service.
• Good understanding of quality tools and demonstrated commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of the banking domain shall be an added advantage.
• Quality of recommendations for continuous improvement/implementation of changes.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate required.
