American Express is hiring for the role of Operations Support!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Managing and processing Existing Commercial Client Expansions and Maintenance, based out of the US.
  • Liaising with ADMs and various internal teams to obtain missing information on client requests.
  • Performing appropriate checks against incoming Corporate Client Requests to ensure compliance with Regulatory, Risk, AML, and due diligence requirements.
  • Managing the “end-to-end” journey of a commercial setup, including Data Files Implementations and Maintenance, Organization Unit - Business Unit Setup, etc.
  • Handling other departmental and administrative work, including workflow management for other teams.
  • Maintaining acceptable performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
  • Project managing the implementation of Corporate Client Programs and Global Expense Reports in coordination with Account Development/Client Managers, CPAs, 3rd parties, Blue Box Technologies, and client-side tech teams.
  • Providing consultation to corporate clients on program build, data configuration, and transmission procedures/protocols.
  • Driving innovation and change by identifying trends and flagging opportunities to improve customer experience.
  • Consulting account managers for insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of analytical experience in a customer servicing environment.
  • Prior experience with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
  • Strong skills in data interpretation, visualization, and reporting.
  • Proven stakeholder/client management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly in a corporate environment; a basic accountancy background is a plus.
  • High flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong team player with the ability to support and collaborate with team members.
  • Should have a performance rating of G3L3 or better in the last review.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts in a 24x5 operational environment.
