American Express is hiring for the role of Operations Support!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle the setup of Corporate Client Global for Online Program Management and reporting requirements, in coordination with – Account Development Managers, Client Program Administrators, 3rd parties. This requires the successful candidate to be able to provide Consultation and support to corporate clients – on @work procedures and protocols and interpret and understand requests.
• Client Issue Resolution: Provide extraordinary customer issue resolution to Corporate Customer queries relating to the @work tool. This requires customer-centricity to understand each client's needs as each client has a different reporting setup.
• Report/Dashboard creation and change management
• Consult account managers for insights and recommendations

Requirements:

• Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of analytical experience in a Telephone Servicing / Customer Servicing environment.
• Data Interpretation, visualization, and reporting
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Shown ability to learn new skills in a technical environment – basic technology background is an added advantage.
• A teammate should possess the skills to work and support team members
