Responsibilities of the Candidate :
- Helping with Assurance support activities
- Handling incident management
- Assisting with Problem management
- Performing system administration
- Working with Billing operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or
- 3-5 years experience in deploying system tests and leading a testing team.
- ISEB/ISTQB software testing qualifications would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
- Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
