Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Driving Student Success:

• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as attendance, assignment completion, contest participation, and project delivery.
• Implement structured interventions to keep batches on track and thriving.

Student Engagement & Support:

• Use insights into student behavior and psychology to uncover obstacles and motivators.
• Provide timely guidance to encourage well-rounded progress.

Balanced Student Management:

• Effectively manage student expectations using a mix of empathy and assertiveness.
• Maintain discipline while nurturing motivation.

End-to-End Placement Coordination:

• Lead students through their entire placement journey—from prep to final offers.
• Collaborate with placement and grooming teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Treat your student batch as your own business unit, owning their career success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with teams across product, marketing, and academics to advocate for student needs and drive improvements.
• Represent student voices in planning and strategy sessions.

Communication & Execution:

• Clearly communicate plans, influence stakeholders, and drive initiatives to execution.
• Keep students and teams aligned with goals and expectations.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Analyze student and cohort data to forecast challenges, identify trends, and implement scalable solutions.

Requirements:

Experience & Education:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, program management, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
• Graduate from a Tier 1/2/3 college.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for independent data extraction.
