Operations Specialist Job in Mumbai at SHL

SHL is hiring for the role of Operations Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• To schedule, block, and create contracts for the Associates
• To raise purchase orders and invoices
• To be in touch with the finance team for monthly clearing and urgent clearance
• Coordinating day-to-day operational activities
• Managing and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations
• Handling data analysis and reporting tasks
• Implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures
• Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggesting improvements

Requirements:

• Knowledge of networking and LAN
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Customer Relationship Management Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in operations or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
