NTT Data is hiring for the role of Operations Processing Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Review and process basic customer transactions efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve data or account discrepancies promptly.
• Input, edit, and maintain customer account information accurately.
• Escalate issues to a supervisor promptly when unable to resolve or understand customer requests.
• Serve as a liaison between the company, clients, end customers, and various other stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills to foster positive interactions.
• Document all activities and actions necessary to successfully resolve customer issues.
• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of systems and operations in support of the assigned customer group.
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure compliance with client, NTT DATA, and regulatory requirements related to billing, payment, release of information, record retention, privacy, and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Open to working in a 24 x 7 environment, especially US shifts.
• 6+ months of experience using Windows PC applications, including MS Office, with proficiency in keyboard, screen navigation, and internet awareness.
• Ability to type at a minimum speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail, along with excellent time management and organizational skills.
