NIQ is hiring for the role of Operations Portfolio Specialist - CDS!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in New Product Coding 
• Assist in Client Instruction Definition and Maintenance utilizing machine learning
• Assist in New Instruction Setup
• Assist in Client Refresh Process / Change Request Process
• Assist in Order Executing (REAP)
• Assist in the Post-delivery update process
• Act as liaison in conjunction with external Clients and internal departments
• Build collaborative working relationships with external clients and internal departments

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience in working with software platforms
• Demonstrate ability to identify and implement new or changed business improvement opportunities
• Ability to lead and actively participate in group discussions and client meetings
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to function in a team environment
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver against established timelines
• Ability to multi-task
• Logical thinking and problem-solving
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and be a self-starter
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of how Machine learning works
