Boston Consulting Group is hiring for the role of Operations Offers Intern!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist with regional and global business reporting and data requests.
• Assist with navigation to materials and best practice dissemination within the practice.
• Assist with basic data analysis, reporting and dash-boarding.
• Update tracking spreadsheets for various Offer/PA needs, including marketing, expertise, staffing, etc.
• Assist with coordination of people affiliation and development activities.
• Assist with coordination and logistics for events (regional and global meetings) and prepare materials for events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Preferably with strong academic performance and prior work/intern experience
• Strong MS Excel skills are a must, as intermediate level in PowerPoint, proficiency in other MS Office
• Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills. High level of initiative and resourcefulness
• Ability to work in fast fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the minimum duration of 3-6 months
