Operations Manager Job in Mumbai at Vara Technology

Vara Technology is hiring for the role of Operations Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support in all phases of cooperation with our strategic partners in India, e.g. strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives tailored to the Indian market.
• Onboard new screening centers across India, maintain effective communication, and support to ensure smooth integration of our AI-based mammography software.
• Train screening center staff on the proper utilization of our software, ensuring that they are proficient in utilizing its features and maximizing its benefits.
• Close and careful monitoring of the centers post integration to track right usage of product and provide timely support to centers in case of issues with usage.
• Organize events (e.g., workshops, seminars) targeting doctors and medical professionals, aimed at raising awareness and promoting the benefits of our AI-powered software platform.
• Play a key role in extending the network, fostering and maintaining relationships with doctors and medical professionals.
• Build strong, impactful and long-term relationships with decision makers across various partners.
• Timely tracking and regular reporting  through CRM and other reporting tools to provide regular updates to the organization on operational performance, key metrics, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with other teams or departments to achieve business objectives, as well as be accountable for meeting business development targets and subject to performance evaluation.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a business or technical degree program with strong academic acumen (Bachelor, Master or MBA)
• Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in a similar role. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Previous experience in high growth startups and other fast paced, dynamic experiences is a plus
• Fluency in Hindi and English at a business level are required. Fluency in Marathi is considered a plus
• Being based in Mumbai and willingness to travel are a must
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive results independently
• Excellent comprehension, very good analytical skills, exceptional commitment, great communication skills and proven ability as a team player
