Operations Manager Job in Chennai at HSBC

• Monitor processing of transaction received through online Feeds from Channel Partners with whom we have tied up.  
• Handle queries & rejections from Channels liaising with RTA.
• Computate verification and payment processes.
• Support Digital applications maintenance and queries – Distributor Portal & Internal application.
• Distribute payment and service-related queries received in External mailbox and internal dedicated mailbox.
• Pan India Sales RMs/ISCs queries related to Distributors.
• Commission monthly reconciliation.
• Handle Internal and Concurrent Audits.
• Periodical MIS.
• Distributor Onboarding and Due Diligence processes.

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication, team and interpersonal skills.
• Liaising Skills for effective coordination with RTA, Auditors & Branches.
• Good at Excel & Power-point for preparing reports and workings.
• Knowledge of local language will be an advantage to handle RTA.
• Knowledge about usage of Power BI
