Operations Manager Job in Delhi at Energeia

Energeia is hiring for the role of Operations Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conducting due diligence visits on customers' side to identify energy-intensive machines and processes to be monitored
• Identifying the new metering infrastructure (Energy Smart Meters/Water Meters/Flow Meters/ Temperature Sensors) required to monitor the said equipment or process
• Tracking and maintaining inventory of all materials required at the site
• Leading the Deployment team and optimizing deployment timelines and machine/process shutdowns
• Onboarding the customer on the EMS platform and customizing the dashboards according to the requirement
• Troubleshooting any issues faced by the customer with the working of the platform
• Creating routine maintenance schedules to ensure the smooth functioning of hardware deployed at the customer's side
• Managing and recording all site-related expenses, including deployment and routine maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree focussing on an electrical, electronics, or energy-related field
• Good understanding of Energy Efficiency and related concepts
• Prior experience with IOT systems would be an advantage
• Highly organized and detailed-oriented
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy, intuition, and listening
• Excellent organizational and self-management capability
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Ability to rapidly learn new concepts with minimal formal instruction
