Achieve Test Prep is hiring for the role of Operations Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Developing and implementing processes.
• Researching and analyzing data.
• Identifying opportunities by analyzing data and trends.
• Creating and managing automation tools to increase process efficiency.
• Developing accurate, real-time reporting methods related to team performance.
• Comparing individual performances within a team.
• Assist the VP of Sales to develop accurate team goals with clear metrics.
• Optimizing existing processes and policies.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary
• Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with teams, collaborating departments and upper management
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
• Project management skills
• Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks
• Familiarity and / or experience with Salesforce
• Research and reporting skills to analyze data and trends
