Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Member Engagement:

• Engage with existing members through calls, increasing their activity levels, and driving renewals.
• Place the customer at the center of all interactions, providing exceptional service and building positive relationships with members.

Facility Management:

• Maintain supreme center standards by promptly addressing facility-related issues through raising tickets.
• Ensure daily task execution, follow-ups with stakeholders and partners, and equipment/facility maintenance.

Member Experience:

• Seek and respond to member feedback, addressing any issues promptly to ensure a high standard of experience delivery.
• Develop a strong rapport with members, creating a welcoming and friendly environment that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
• Handle issues that may lead to consumer experience during or pre/post-class

Partner Relationship Management:

• Manage partner relationships effectively, ensuring a positive and mutually beneficial partnership.
