Operations Manager Job in Gurgaon at R1 RCM India

R1 RCM is hiring for the role of Operations Manager! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Establish and implement short- and long-range organizational goals objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures
• Monitor and evaluate programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effect changes required for improvement.
• Establish and assure compliance with departmental policies and procedures in conformance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Manage people managers at Senior -OPS level, Span Control 150-200.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly SLA Performance Management of multiple sites.
• Calibrate with India/US/PH Partners, RCA & prepping POA.
• Communicate expectations clearly and set a timeline for achieving goals.
• Assign responsibilities. Accountable for actions and decisions.
• Develop frontline managers, Weekly and monthly reviews with internal and external counterparts.
• Manage Business updates and publish required dashboards.

•  2-5 years as Deputy Manager/OPS Manager.
• Graduate in Any Stream.
• Experience in Scheduling, Eligibility and Benefits, Authorization verification and creation is preferred.
• Eligibility in front-end experience.
• Experience in transitioning multiple sites on/off-site.
• High organisational skills.
