Ahavah Crafts is a nascent social enterprise with a vision to provide dignified livelihoods for artisans, women, and small producers from across the country through gifts and experiences. Ahavah works to promote Indian handicrafts, locally made products, and culture by creating products for occasion-based gifting for corporates, events, and retail customers.


Ahavah comes with a strong commitment to creating social impact and generating employment at the grassroots by driving demand and appreciation for India's rich tradition of handicrafts by being an e-commerce platform for everything handcrafted and cultural while also extending support for artisan development and product development.


Currently, we are a small team who are eager to scale the business and create more impact with more entrepreneurial, passionate, and committed individuals who have a deep desire to revive dying Indian art forms through innovative solutions, products, and experiences.


Responsibilities include:


  • Working on vendor management
  • Conducting day-to-day business operations
  • Conducting supplier and customer research through surveys, FGDs, etc.
  • Exploring new distribution channels through exhibitions and events
  • Providing administrative, logistics, and production support
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders
  • Working on basic content development and social media engagement


Only those candidates can apply who:


  • are available for the part-time job/internship
  • are available for a duration of 3 months
  • are from or open to relocating to Bangalore
  • have relevant skills and interests


Other requirements:


  • Candidates with a B.com/BBA/Design/BA degree are preferred
  • We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate with a drive to get things done efficiently
