• Complete inventory receiving, counting, returning, and shipping tasks in compliance with Retail Inventory processes, while mentoring and supporting team members.
• Fulfill product requests and deliver items from Runner requests to customers and team members to support an exceptional customer experience.
• Support Operations Specialists by sharing knowledge about Retail Inventory processes and best practices.
• Promote understanding of inventory performance among store team members and gather data to assist leadership in decision-making.
• Monitor all inventory records, including non-sellable products, ensuring accuracy and consistency, identifying variance trends, and analyzing root causes.
• Perform additional tasks as required, including supporting customer-facing activities when needed.
• Contribute to an inclusive work environment by respecting individual differences and demonstrating curiosity to learn.
