Job Description: Operations Executive – RTO Management (Mumbai)

Location: Mumbai

Department: Operations

Experience: Freshers or 1-3 years (preferred in RTO handling or operations)


Role Overview:

We are seeking an Operations Executive to handle RTO-related tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and streamlining processes for vehicle documentation. Fluency in Marathi is mandatory as you will be coordinating directly with RTO offices and local authorities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with government authorities and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. RTO Coordination:
  • Liaise with Regional Transport Offices (RTOs) for vehicle registration, permits, and other documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents from RTOs.
  • Maintain relationships with RTO officials to facilitate smoother operations.
  • Fluent communication in Marathi is essential for effective interaction with RTO officials and stakeholders.
  1. Documentation Management:
  • Handle end-to-end processing of vehicle-related documents, including registration certificates (RC), insurance papers, and permits.
  • Verify and maintain an accurate record of all RTO-related documentation.
  1. Compliance and Reporting:
  • Stay updated on changes in RTO regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Prepare and submit periodic compliance and activity reports to the management.
  1. Customer Support:
  • Address customer queries related to vehicle registration, tax payments, and permits.
  • Provide updates and resolutions on pending RTO matters.
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Identify bottlenecks in the RTO handling process and recommend improvements.
  • Leverage technology to simplify documentation and tracking.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in logistics or business administration).
  • Familiarity with RTO processes and vehicle documentation requirements.
  • Proficiency in Marathi is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
