Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conduct market research to gather insights on various SKUs, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Identify potential leads and develop a strong sales pipeline to achieve regional sales targets.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and streamline communication.
- Analyze market trends and forecast seasonal variations to optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 0-1 year in business development, industrial sales, or operations management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English; Hindi is mandatory.
- Familiarity with the Maharashtra/Delhi market is preferred.
