Job Description:

• Positive and Polite to Customers & Internal team members, Zero tolerance of misbehaving.
• Good communication skills, written especially.
• Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
• Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment
• Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining business processes
• Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole
• Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis project
• Regular follow ups on Pending Task / Maintaining list of Task Done and Pending with complete Remarks for Future reference.
• Should be flexible in calling and other work assignments.
• Connect with other internal stakeholders to resolve the Cases reported by our Customers.

Requirements :

• Graduate, Full Time Job.
• Experience 2-3 years
• Flexible approach to working hours 24x7, including rest days, holidays, weekends and extended hours, if required.
• Willing and able to work on client site PAN India, According to the Business requirements.
• Familiarity working with diverse market landscape, platforms/ products etc and Interact with software / Hardware Department to fix the concern.
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication, presentational skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving and attention to detail.
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
