Operations Executive Job in Gurgaon at BYLD Group

BYLD is hiring for the role of Operations Executive!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Daily update on candidate reports. Pushing vendors for reports on a timely basis.
• Coordinating with an external vendors for timely reporting and managing the records.
• Handling client queries of various nature.
• Quality Check of all BGV reports at basic level before finally sending them to the client.
• Handling internal BGV portal at back end, making stats, client excel updates and data reporting.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in Operations / Background Verification (BGV) industry preferred.
• Strong MS Excel (pivot, V-lookup, basic formulas, reporting) and PowerPoint skills.
• Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of BGV processes, compliance, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to manage client queries in a professional and timely manner.
