Operations Executive Job in Noida at AAJ Supply Chain Management

Duties and Responsibility:

•  Warehouse Management: Manage the overall operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, space utilization, and layout planning. Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations. 
• Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and tracking of inventory. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize accuracy, minimize loss, and maintain adequate stock levels. 
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing. Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve any issues or discrepancies. 
• Team Supervision: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Delegate tasks and ensure that all team members adhere to standard operating procedures. 
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.Implement efficient processes and systems to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline operations. 
• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of quality and minimize errors. 
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and operational metrics.Analyze data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for cost savings. 
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce safety protocols within the warehouse. Conduct regular safety training sessions and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualification:

• A degree or course in operations and supply chain management added advantage. 
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
